Physical fitness and a healthy lifestyle has always been a major element of my life. My Mother and Father established the foundation through examples of the importance of physical activity and healthy living at a young age. My father’s 20 years of military service and my mother’s supervision of the athletic programs for the military surrounded me throughout my childhood. It was this exposure that propelled me into a career in professional basketball and enabled me to travel the world playing basketball at the highest level for over 13 years.
